Mr. Gu graduated from the Composition Department of Tianjin Music Conservatory in 1979 and became a editor at Tianjin Radio Station in 1980. At present, Mr. Gu is the deputy producer-in- chief and associate Senior Editor of Tianjin Radio Station, Music Channel. Main works include:

Mr. Gu won the second prize of the First and Second China Nation- al Broadcasting Art Award 3 times, won Gold Award 3 times and Silver Award 6 times in China's National Music Programs Competi- tions, 5 times won the Tianjin Luxun Entertainment and Art Compo- sition Award and won other national and provincial awards 29 times.
