Mr. Malcolm David Smith graduated from the William Angliss Col- lege in 1979. From 1993 to 1995, he took park in the Melbourne Music Corporation as a concert manager. He was responsible for negotiate fees, secure performers for concert productions and co- ordinate ticketing for all concerts.
Now, he is currently serving the Songlines Aboriginal Music Corporation as the head of training and education department. His major works are developing and implement training and educa- tion strategies empowering. His works is to help the aborigines to develop their careers in music.
