Mr. Yin Changzheng, graduated form the Department of News of Beijing Broadcasting College. He is working at M.A. in Industri- al and Commercial Management School of Chongqing University. He has been a reporter, chief of section, chief of news division, assistant director of Chongqing People's Broadcasting Station. He is now the vice director of the station and the director of Chongqing Commercial Broadcasting Station. During more than ten year of work, he has written a lot of high quality and profound works. Among them, more than 20 pieces of works were awarded in several Good News Appraisals by national, provincial and local units, together with several papers.
In January, 1992, he was awarded as a National Excellent Journal- ist.
