Mr. Zeng Guangxing graduated from Zhongshan University of China in 1967. He was a reporter, an editor, a group chief, a depart ment director, an office director and deputy director general of Radio Guangdong. He is now the associate editor-in-chief of Guangdong Provincial Radio Broadcasting and TV Department, direc- tor general of Radio Guangdong and vice-chairman of Guangdong News Institute. In 1986, Mr. Zeng participated in the planning and establishing the first economic channel of China, the Pearl River Economic Channel, and he was the first director of Pearl River Economic Channel's Editorial Department.
