Ms. Luo Xiaoping Graduated from the graduate class of the Theory of Chinese Literature & Arta at Zhongshan University in 1982, Ms. Luo received her Master Degree of Arts. In 1990, She went to Canada and had further education of Music at the Music Department of the Columbia University. She is now an associate professor and the President of the Music Research Institute of Xinghai Conservatory of Music. Her publications include the co-written books "Psychology of Music" and "The New Collection of Music Psychology", "Paean of Spring-German Composer Mendelssohn and His Works", "Music and Literature", "The Collection of Arts" and about 100 dissertations. Among these books and dissertations, "Psychology of Music" has won the third prize of Excellent Achievement of Social Science Research given by Guangdong Higher Educational Department, and the third prize of the Second National Educational Books.
In 1995, Ms. Luo was honored a medal of National Excellent Teachers and a certificate of honor, and a prize of Southern Guangdong Excellent Teachers.
